6-3/16″ x 2″ x 14ga Receiver Channel – a versatile solution tailored for carports and small awnings. Designed to serve as rafters with short spans between the posts, this receiver channel simplifies installation by eliminating the need for purlin clips. The C purlin will neatly nest inside the receiver channel, ensuring a secure and seamless fit. It’s also useful when framing doors and windows in metal buildings and can replace base rake/angle on the rake portion of the endwalls, providing a top screwline for wall sheets.
