Credit Card Payment Policy
No Phone Payments
Due to recent fraudulent activities, Sweetwater Steel will NO longer accept credit card payments over the phone.
In-Person Payments Only
Customers must be present and provide their ID card along with the credit card to verify ownership.
Accepted Cards
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover at no additional charge.
Not Accepted
We DO NOT accept American Express.
Forms of Payment Accepted
NOTICE: Payment must be received before the materials are picked up or delivered.
Check at Delivery
- The customer or their representative can provide a check at the time of delivery.
- The representative must present a driver’s license and the phone number of the person handing off the check to the driver.
In-Person Credit Card Payments
- You can come to one of our locations and pay with a credit card.
Mail Payments
- You can mail a check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Wire Transfer
- You can arrange a wire transfer from your account to ours.
