There will be a 30% restocking charge on all metal roofing, siding, and trim products. There will be a 10% restocking charge on all other material. On all refunds, the material must be returned in original condition and accompanied with a sales receipt within 45 days of the date of purchase. The condition of the material returned will be determined by Sweetwater Steel Company.

Customers are responsible for providing a copy of the sales invoice on all warranty claims.

All orders on stock products must be picked up, or arrangements made for delivery, within ten (10) work days from the date of order. After this time the material will be placed back into stock. To request extension, notify your sales representative.
A 25% deposit will be required on most special order products.
